The serum arrived as if it had been opened. The cap was not fully closed. It has a not very pleasant smell, although not pronounced. Perhaps, due to the lack of a proper seal, my skin developed irritation from this serum. I used it for a week, and the irritation disappeared after discontinuation. Some reviews also mentioned that the cap comes not fully screwed. This is unhygienic and unsafe. I didn’t pay attention to it, which I regret now, as my skin reacted poorly to the serum.
