I bought this product to balance my hormones. I initially began using it in September, 2022. I wasn’t sure what to expect, since it was not a prescription drug. After using it for several months, I got a saliva test done with a lab. The results showed that I had balanced my hormones.
Now one year later…I can no longer physically tolerate the cream. I have stopped using it due to various symptoms that made me feel badly. My feeling is don’t use the cream without getting your hormones checked by a lab first to see if you really need it. My second bit of advice is to use the smallest amount possible to start with and see how you are feeling with it, The doctor recommended taking a three-day break each month. . Continually using the cream may cause hormone resistance. If you do use it and want to discontinue it, go off gradually by using smaller doses and decreasing the number of days that you use the cream. The cream works well when applied alternately to upper inner thigh. I used odd days for left thigh when even days for right leg to help me remember to alternate sites. Doctor’s advice was to not apply to the same site every day. Do not apply to your breasts.
I give the cream five stars because it does work. I just can’t use it anymore. Keep a journal and monitor how you are feeling and what dose you are using. For me, a full of,p was actually to much estrogen.
