I really like this face wash! The Bioré brand is amazing. I used this face wash for a couple of months, and it worked for a while but then stopped working as well. It did wonders, maybe my face just got use to it. But it was a good face wash though.

I have used many different types of face wash from various companies and have always had the issue of my skin feeling incredibly dry after using them. I did not have that issue using this. I love that it has the natural ingredient of charcoal in it. After using this cleanser, I was left with a cooling, tingly feeling and my face felt clean and hydrated. After a week of using this, my skin looked clean and clear. My breakouts have been minimized to the point of almost nonexistent. I have been using this for a couple weeks now without any complaints and will continue to use this product!

This is one of the best cleansers I’ve ever used. I only recently started using the charcoal face washes, but I think they’re great. There are a bunch of great ones out there like Loreal and Neutrogena, but Biore’s seems to leave my skin feeling smoother and less oily than any of the others.
I have moderately oily skin to more than moderately oily, depending on the day, and I am always on the lookout for new face washes that do the job. My issue is that I can’t shave every day, or I get bumps. These are beyond razor burn, but are apparently a medical condition that is unfortunately both genetic and not curable. So, I end up not being able to shave more than once in a 2-3 day period of time (at least), and if I am really busy over the course of a few days, I won’t shave for a whole week. That leaves me with a significant beard that makes it easy for my skin to get oily on a daily basis. This is one of those cleansers that helps to manage that situation.
I don’t honestly know if it’s more of a mental thing, but my skin definitely feels less oily, smoother, and cleaner, and ends up clearer on a day-to-day basis when I use this. Would HIGHLY recommend.
My ONLY complaint about this (which has nothing to do with the product itself) is that I dropped it once and the pump broke off. It still worked when I put it back on, but it literally is broken now and can fall off, so I have to be delicate with it. Otherwise great, effective product! I just hope they don’t discontinue it!

very enjoyable scent, however, I would not recommend this if you’re on any medications that induces sensitivity to the skin (ex. doxycycline hyclate ), or any harsh facial scrubs. I would highly recommend to use this no more than 2-3 times a week, even though it states it is a daily cleanser. the reason I say this is because it can be relatively harsh on more sensitive skin types. It makes your skin feel refreshed and clean for the day, love it.

No complaints about this product. It works, open pores, give a real clean feel to the face, I use the toner as well, I’m 61 yrs of age and I get complements on my skin all the time.

I love this product. I use it once a day, after I remove my make up, and on the weekend I use it twice a day.. Once in the morning I wake up ( i love this because of the minty scent it feels fresh) and at night.. I believe it really cleans up my pores. Since I started using this product, I noticed a decrease on my blackheads.. I also suggest to wash your face with an ice cold water after using this product to feel extra fresh..

I have fair, extremely sensitive skin. The pores on my nose aren’t terribly big, but they have a tendency to get clogged. Exfoliating every day is not an option; my skin is just too sensitive for that. I think I may have found the solution: Biore Charcoal Cleanser.
I love this. One of the few face washes I’ve used that actually seems to clean the pores on my nose. Best of all, it hasn’t dried out my skin.
