Dry mouth is not fun. Biotene helps a lot, I was concerned that they might be too minty, but they are nice.

I use these during the night as the CPAP is notorious to cause dry mouth and it’s no different for me.
The previous product I used for quite some time was Oragel Xylimelts, which caused a severe irritation in my mouth… sure, it was used for a long time, and customer support told me that people develop allergy against the “adhesive cacia” … so the alternative has been Byothene lozenges.
I’ve been using these for the past year and no irritation. Put one between the gum and the cheek and it usually lasts a long time…
The only drawback is that it dissolves unevenly and somewhat sharp edges develops during the process but like anything else in this life, we learn to cope with.
I’d recommend these.

I take a lot of medication and my mouth stays dry constantly. I cannot speak without my mouth sticking to my teeth. I have to have these In my mouth constantly the only problem is they do make my mouth sticky. I have to constantly wipe the corners of my mouth to keep it from being sticky. It’s a trade-off.
