So far it’s worked very well.
Taste is ok, would be nice to have several flavors to choose from. I’ve been battling with dry mouth from medications and CPAP.
It’s nice to not fight it now.
A little spritz of the spray during the day is very helpful.
The only reason I’m not giving 3 stars is because no flavor options.

I called my physician complaining of extreme dry mouth I’m talking dry as the desert and nothing is making it any better not cough drops not water not soda not juice. She said to try biotene so I bought the whole kit toothpaste mouth rinse the gel for in the night time and a spray for on the go nothing alleviates the dry mouth for more than a minute or two. After doing some preliminary googling I can see that post covid symptoms can include extreme dry mouth. So, if you’re purchasing this for the same type of symptoms just be aware it will only bring temporary relief not more than a minute or two. It does have a pleasant taste and your mouth does feel fresh and clean when you’re done and the mouth rinse just makes your teeth all nice and shiny and smooth. The oral gel for at night is I don’t know for me just a weird feeling the spray is messy it doesn’t come out like a mist it’s more like drop so it drips down your chin and it’s messy inside the lid and again neither of those provides more than a minute or two of moisture.
