Description states it’s quick drying and doesn’t leave sticky residue. It stays sticky and then turns crusty but still sticky. It’s like putting glue on my hair. Worst hairspray ever.

Description says the hair spray is fragrance-free however it has a strong chemical odor/fragrance that doesn’t subside all the way. Additionally, because it is strong hold, it ‘hardens’ hair, i.e. when I use to hold back flyaways, after it drys, my hair feels crusty and crunchy to the touch. Even though it will hold my hair in place, the chemical smell and the way it makes my hair feel makes it a hard no for me.

I’ve been using expensive L’Oreal hairspray that just makes me have to wash my hair immediately after I’m done using it. This spray I can leave in for three or four days with no problem. Does not make my head itch. Pleasant smell. My old hairspray I had to turn the exhaust fan on.

I recently tried the Biotera Styling Fragrance-Free Firm Hold Hair Spray, and it’s wonderful! It offers great hold without any fragrance, and it provides UV and heat protection. Plus, it’s vegan, cruelty-free, and free of parabens and sulfates. Just what I needed for color-safe styling. Highly recommend!

Oh my word. I have spent the last year with my bangs constantly needing to be adjusted because my sensitive body couldn’t handle hair sprays with any kind of fragrance anymore. I tried making my own hair spray with sugar water and a continuous spray bottle, but my hair would then become sticky and weird if I went out in the rain. I happened upon this hair spray when searching recently and am SO glad!! It has a great level of hold, sprays evenly in a fine mist, and combs out easily when needed without leaving any flakes or weird bits. The only thing that could make this hair spray better would be a slightly lower price tag, but overall, it’s worth it for a salon-quality hair spray without any fragrance or weird smells.

It’s very difficult to find truly fragrance free hair spray that works. This is definitely 100% fragrance free!!! It will hold firm if you leave it alone … holds less firm after combing/brushing through it. I wish this would come in a non-aerosol application, as liquid is easier in managing application and using on roots.
This aerosol comes out strong; beautiful packaging. It was a much larger can than expected.
