I use this little machine, and it has 2 modes and 5 levels. The clean mode shoots a stream of water at a certain strength, based on what level you have, then you have the other mode that shoots water in a rhythmic flow. level 1 is great, but level 5 is REALLY a level 5. If you are the type that want your teeth pressure washed, then you will not be disappointed, the power is there, You will get a really good clean in between your teeth, as this has enough power to push anything loose. I gave it 5 of 5 because it simply does everytihing you need it to do.

Works great, battery lasts a long time, but I’ve gone through 2 because it falls on the ground once causing the clear spout perfectly breaks off inside the main handle part, so I can’t get it out or put a new spout in, because the end of the previous spout is stuck in there. So then I bought another and it happened again. So that’s lame
