I had high hopes for the Bliss Rest Assured Eye Cream, but unfortunately, it did not work for me. After using it, my eyelids swelled up and eventually began to peel. It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience, and I had to stop using the product. Definitely not something I would recommend based on my experience.
