I’m a skincare and health devotee and absolutely love my various devices. In the realm of RLT, I have several different device types from full body panels to handhelds and I’ve personally experienced positive, healthful benefits from them all to be a fan and believer of the effects of red light therapy.
This mask offers 7 different colors with multiple benefits from each color (red, blue, orange, green, cyan, purple, and white). There are 240 diodes covering the mask for good, full coverage – and the lights are bright and intense (see pic). The outer shell/covering is neoprene and very pliable with adjustable bands that attach via Velcro; one thing of note, I was pleased to see that the pad the Velcro attaches to doesn’t catch or snag anything when the bands are unattached which is something that commonly happens with Velcro. There are 2 soft silicone inserts for the eye area to both prevent the high intensity light from affecting the eyes and allow you to see sufficiently while wearing the mask.
It charges up via USB-C with a cord included (no adapter though, you must use your own) and was fully charged in less than an hour after unpackaging – the instructions state to fully charge it before first use, so how long it will take to fully RE-charge I don’t yet know but imagine it will still be fairly quick in like an hour or so. The mask has a wireless controller at the top center that powers it on/off and toggles through each light option; there is no timer setting control as the mask is permanently set for 10 minutes – if wanting more or less time, you’d just have to use other means like a cell phone timer and power the mask off/back on again as desired.
I’m digging the 7 color options and most interested in using orange, purple and white for my needs, red is absolutely great as well, but I already have and use my other panels for red and infrared light that are really powerful, so I’m well covered with red light. I don’t have a spectrometer to measure the wavelength of each color, I’m trusting the veracity of the manufacturers claims in this regard.
The mask is stylistically like other name brands out there (i.e. Omnilux, CurrentBody, etc.) for considerably less cost and with the additional light colors added in, not just red and blue. I think it’s a great deal and will definitely be using this light mask weekly when I want to change up the modality for my light therapy session. I’m happy with the mask, fits my face well and is comfortable to wear (I have an oval face shape), particularly being wireless, I’m able to easily move around if desired during a session. Two thumbs up!

Easier to see the impact with the blue light for blemishes than to see slower changes taking place with the red laser, which is penetrating deeply to rid your skin of wrinkles. I’m taking pictures as I go to watch for subtle changes over longer periods of time than what happens with the blue light. Seems to be working. Still nervous about my eyes being so close to the light. I know the instructions say you can look through the eye holes and do stuff while in the mask, but I’m too afraid to open my eyes while wearing the mask. Great time for podcast listening.

I chose this because I don’t have a lot of time to be still for skin care. Since this mask is cordless, it has made it so easy to wear while getting stuff done around the house. I can wear it while I’m cleaning or working from home. It is comfortable and covers the eyes well. Would definitely recommend if you are a busy person.

This Suerbeaty light mask has produced some mixed results in my household. I haven’t seen or felt a difference in my skin, but the wife says she has started noticing a difference in her skin for the better. I will say she has used it more than I have, so that is probably the difference.
The mask is simple enough to put together and put on. It’s cordless which is nice because you don’t have to take it off if you need to move around, or go to the bathroom. There are a number of different light colors and each color is suppose to have a different benefit to your skin (I only used the blue). The mask isn’t very heavy, so it doesn’t start falling off your face from the weight. Its comfortable when you have it on, and it looks like your wearing a Spartan helmet, which is pretty cool. The straps on the back can be adjusted, so it will fit most head sizes.
Its a good quality light mask, but in my opinion its overpriced when compared to similar items. If the price drops, I would say get one if your in the market for a light mask.

This silicone texture has been easy to use for face and neck or different part of your body. It can bring a relief in pain case, so I use for that reason to help myself as well. Would recommended.

I’ve always wanted to try light therapy, but I only started to read up on it after I got this. My goal is use light therapy to skip all the cream and rinse routines. Creams are expensive and so time consuming. Upon reading up on light therapy, I realize that I can only use the red light for my purpose, even then, since I have dark pigmentation on certain areas of my face, I have to be careful and not overdo it. Due to that concern, I’ve only use it about 3 times a week and no more than 10 minutes. So after a month of use, I can’t say I can tell the difference, but definitely nothing worse. So I may slowly increase the frequency of use.
The mask fits well even on my small face with the velcro holding it. Since I only use it lying down in bed, on the safe side I added a wash cloth to the eye area. So the mask is quite comfortable and soothing with soft music playing by my bed. Since I’m being cautious and going slow, I may take a long time for me to notice any difference. I sure hope this light therapy would help, because I’ve made up my mind not to mess with more chemicals on my face.
