I’ve been a solid sonicare user for decades. But as I’ve gotten older and my gums have recessed, I find even the so-called sensitive settings on the sonicare too harsh and the vibrations annoying.

So I tried switching to Oral B. What a mistake. Hated it from the start.

Then I heard about Quip and gave it a try, but wasn’t happy with the brush head. It’s too large for my mouth. So I went back to Sonicare.

After several months, I found the vibration amount too intolerable and tried Quip again. Since it had been awhile, I checked out their website hoping they had revised their brush head. I found they now offered a kid’s size, so I ordered it. I was still not completely happy with it. I like the handle, how light weight it is, and that it’s battery operated. But the brush head just kills it for me. So I googled Quip alternatives and discovered Boka.

I was hesitant to invest in yet another toothbrush so I first tried their toothpaste. Loved it! I figured since they knocked that one out of the park, I’d order the toothbrush.

While I dislike that it’s rechargable versus battery operated, it fits better in my hand and is lighter weight than the sonicare. The charge also lasts up to 25 days making it more convenient. The vibration is well tolerated even on the highest setting. And the brush head is reasonably small enough and luxuriously soft.

The final verdict on how well it actually cleans will have to wait until my next dentist appointment. But so far I am very happy with it.

It’s a good value for the money. It’s a good quality. I don’t like the charging part on this one as well as the one on the last one!

excedio nuestras epectativas, la boca se siente super limpia y no lastima los dientes, el cronometro de 30s por area para lavarte la boca en dos munitos es lo maximo

The tooth brush was ordered in October and it’s already defective and makes a ton of loud noise and won’t click back into place. Disappointed

I really like the way my teeth feel after I use it. But after a couple of month of use the handle
Is now turning pink where I hold the toothbrush.

Love this toothbrush. I am thrilled with the 30 second timers that alert you to switch quadrants of your mouth. I have started brushing in a way that just feels more thorough. I even ordered one for my 8 year old who has a problem focusing while brushing. This helps her remember to focus on one general spot for a long time before moving to another spot. The two minute overall timer keeps her brushing for the right time. Before, she was missing areas in her mouth because she was brushing so erratically. This sturdy little brush has been great for her.

I also appreciate the low, medium, and high settings. Whatever setting you use last is what it will turn on to when you use it next. There is enough of a space between the head of the brush and the handle that the handle barely has a vibration so you don’t get tingly hands while using it like I have had on another high end sonic toothbrush.

It has a weak magnet in the battery charging base that helps keep it more firmly set upright in the charging base, which is small, unobtrusive, and uses a usb charging cord and block (so you could pick one up anywhere if it broke for some reason!). Once the toothbrush is done charging the light on the base turns off. I rarely need to charge it though because the charge lasts a ridiculously long time.

The price is better than on the company’s website, and we got my daughter’s on Prime Day, so it was even better for that unit. Overall, I don’t think I could have found a better brush for the value. I spent several days looking and comparing, and this one definitely wins. I like that I can set up subscriptions for the changeable heads either here or on the manufacturer’s website.

I love their toothpaste and thought I’d give the toothbrush a try. Glad I did! Holds a charge and the speeds and timed changes are wonderful. Glad I gave it a try!

I had used a Cybersonic for 15 years and loved it until it died and I ordered a Boka from Amazon, based on a camparison I did online to see which brush was rated TOP ONE.. It was right- cleans beautifully and makes your mouth feel like you have just had a professional cleaning at the dentist!!! LOVE IT!!!!

This is a great toothbrush. It is very effective and my teeth feel so clean when I am finished. I like the 30 second intervals for the 2 minute fill time. It makes me brush for 2 minutes. I love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Works great. Like the carbon brushes. Haven’t yet switched brushes. Timer nice. Battery long lasting. Use with hydroxyapatite paste sold separately.
