Taste great although really expensive. Don’t agree with the price otherwise it would be a 5 star. This should be around $10-$15 max. Not $20!

Dislike: The tube it comes in was designed to hold at least 2 more ounces of tooth paste. Shrinkflation at its best. And being made of polyethlene or polypropylene you can’t simply roll up the bottom of the tube between uses as it it delpleted. The plastic wants to spring back. The large amount of empty space in the tube to begin with makws this an annoying inconvenience. Relatively expensive.

LIKe: The orange flavored toothpaste has a really great flavor. It has a natural flavor. The toothpaste seems to be doing a good job of cleaning and a peas sized amount is sufficient for brushing. Finally, when doing the bedtime brushing you don’t have to rinse it off so it can be left on your teeth to continue working while sleeping.

Unknown: As to it’s effectiveness in doing remineralization, and cavity prevention really don’t know how much is hype and how effectivbe it is.

The toothpaste initially tasted and felt great in the mouth and my son loved it. It does leave your teeth feeling clean but after a week or so of the tube being opened its smells really bad around the cap. I thought maybe it was out toothbrushes but we also have the Ela Mint version and it doesn’t smell at all and the same brushes have been used. It smells like sweaty socks. Its enough to make you throw up. I’ve even taken the whole cap off and the inside smells just the same. For £20 a tube this is unacceptable but we still use it as its a lot of money just to throw in the bin. I probably wouldn’t buy this product again.

My husband and I both use Boka, but my son is ready for “big boy” toothpaste and we wanted him to have the same type. We tried ours and of course mint isn’t his thing so we stumbled on this one! Tastes great, and cleans/works well! He doesn’t have sensitivity but I do and Boka always helps with that. The bottle itself is aesthetic which is nice too. Overall the value for the money is great. Will purchase again

I had the realization recently that there is actually nothing stopping me – a full grown adult – from using children’s toothpaste. I dislike most toothpaste flavors and find that the strong minty or cinnamony flavors in most adult toothpastes are so off-putting that it makes brushing my teeth an unpleasant experience. However, I also don’t care for flavors like bubblegum. I found this toothpaste and bought it immediately because hey, why not try a fruity toothpaste? I love it! It tastes like a popsicle and gets my teeth clean and my mouth feeling fresh, but without leaving a strong aftertaste. It foams up nicely and doesn’t leave a residue. I’m actually excited to brush my teeth and I find myself brushing more often because it’s so much more pleasant to do. I’m really happy with this purchase and will likely repurchase this when I run out.

This toothpaste has no chloride and safe for your littles to use. Tastes like creamsicles and has amazing ingredients which is good for the littles.

I love nano-HA toothpaste and did not want to give it up for regular toothpaste during my pregnancy. I am in my second trimester at the time of this review and my teeth and mouth are unbearably sensitive – I’m also allergic to SLS in most standard toothpaste.

SO – I figured, why not try children’s toothpaste without mint?! This is the answer. I just had a wonderful brush sesh. Feeling so fresh, clean, and not a hint of sensitivity. Absolutely delicious flavor and nice amounts of foam!

This is the best toothpaste I’ve ever used. It is removing yellowness on my teeth that I’ve had for years and other flouride toothpaste didn’t do anything. I also had some pre -cavities that are almost gone. The grey spots in my molars get smaller everyday. It helps with tooth sensitivity from hot and cold.
    It’s yummy flavor. Not gritty.
I use it for my toddler because he swallows toothpaste (without floride, this is completely safe). It has also removed stains from his front teeth that flouride toothpaste never made a difference. I’m convinced flouride toothpaste is a gimmick to sell more dental work. Flouride kills bacteria in the mouth- the good and bad. This toothpaste leaves the ph balance in the mouth the way it’s supposed to be.
Get this toothpaste or one like it. You will be so amazed!

Great flavor, amazing for kids teeth. Not brushing their teeth with fluoride anymore!!

  10. Kate Gray

Great quality and flavour. I’ve definitely noticed my son’s teeth are whiter after using this toothpaste for a couple months so I’m ecstatic! He is autistic and is strongly opposed to mint toothpaste and some other kid-friendly flavours. He also isn’t very good at spitting the toothpaste out so we also don’t use fluoride with him and this has really improved his teeth! Saw a Reddit post from an adult autistic individual who highly recommended this toothpaste so I’m super happy to have taken a chance with this. Definitely worth the higher price tag. We will continue to order this as needed.

The normal minty or cinnamon toothpastes make my mouth burn and I can’t wait to get done brushing my teeth. But the children’s flavors or even the adult toothpastes in milder flavors leave me feeling like my mouth isn’t fully clean. I decided to try the orange cream toothpaste from Boka and I am never switching to another toothpaste. The flavor is delicious, fresh without that nasty fake chemical taste or strange aftertaste & not overpowering. My teeth and mouth feel very clean, my teeth are smooth and actually seem to be whitening a bit after just a few days. I’m in love.

Finally a toothpaste that isn’t toxic and helps restore teeth. The taste is excellent and great design for kids. I wish they would make a plain strawberry flavor one for my other kids. I use the adult ones and love them. I used to have cavities filled all the time and now I had only 2 small ones in 2 years which is a third of what I had. A little more cost than regular tooth past but worth it.

I am absolutely thrilled with the Boka Fluoride-Free Toothpaste! My child’s teeth have shown remarkable improvement, with noticeable remineralization and a halt in cavity development. The areas were black looking and are now light brown and the cavities haven’t progressed further. The orange cream flavor is a big hit—my child loves it, making brushing time much easier. It’s reassuring to know this product is dentist-recommended and made in the USA. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and kid-friendly toothpaste!
