As a big fan of Boldify, I wanted to share my thoughts on this Dry Texture Spray. While I’ve found that the Boldify Hair Fiber is unbeatable for volumizing, this spray doesn’t quite match up. It does add a bit of volume, but it doesn’t hold for long or make hair look significantly fuller on its own. I’ve been using it alongside the hair fibers, and that’s when it really shines. If you’re considering using it alone, it might not meet your expectations. I’d definitely recommend pairing it with the Boldify Hair Fibers for the best results.

Use sparingly! It helps give body and lift.
I separate my hair a section at a time and spray underneath not on top! (Too much makes your hair look like it needs to be washed.)Then it works great! It lasts a long time between shampooing.

Once I used and learned how to apply this dry texture spray, I was delighted to discover that I can continue to wash my hair at most twice a week. All I need to do is brush my hair out whenever before my next shampoo without reapplying any spray because the improved volume and texture stays and looks so natural and soft. Love it!

Highly recommended product coming from a hairstylist. In all my years doing hair I have never come across a product like this one. It is simply exceptional to use for a ton of volume and movement in hair without looking like sprayed stiff hair with no backcombing necessary. it smells like heaven on the head. Also, this product is very inexpensive considering other fancy brands that cost a lot more. A must try, highly recommended hair product.

I like it for giving my fine limp hair some texture and body but it doesn’t necessarily add much volume that lasts. I dislike the scent and if I use more than a light pass through my hair it’s like I sprayed that drywall texture you get for when you’ve repaired a hole in your drywall and you’re covering it with that sprayable knockdown texture—that stuff is exactly what this is like for me. But a light application of it does give some body which is what it’s supposed to do so…
Edit: I actually used only this yesterday on my hair, I realized I had put absolutely nothing on it and my hair without even mouse or anything dries down and will be like limp fine silky ribbon with zero volume or body. That’s what I had yesterday so I gave a pass through with this boldify dry texture and it did indeed give it nice volume and body. I still really don’t like the scent and too much of it is like drywall texture but the right amount of it does exactly what it promises. So far I’m very happy with all the Boldify products I’ve tried. I just got their root lifting product so I’ll be trying that next and have good reason to expect good performance from that one too.
