Put simply, these foils don’t work so don’t waste your time. Fresh out of the package they were completely incapable of trimming my 2-day growth on my neck and no I’m not one of those Fred Flintstone 5 o’clock shadow guys. These are just poorly made and I’m speculating that Braun just wants us to ditch our Series 5 and buy a new shaver. Well they got their wish on the first part because I just snapped my shaver in half and tossed it, now time to find a different shaver brand entirely…

It seems that replacement blade heads are not lasting as long as they use to… or my facial hair is getting coarser as I get older? Its also an older model shaver, so I’m about to get a new one.

Replaced the foil head for my Series 5 565cc-4 model. Love this shaver. Wanted to help people out without reading a ton of reviews looking for their model for combability with this 51S replacement foil head. The first picture was the item I received and it had this message stapled on the back of the package as I’m assuming there’s a lot of returns. My 565cc model is not listed. I want to let anyone who owns this model that this replacement works on the 565cc model, works very well! The second picture is from the Braun website showing ALL THE MODELS that are compatible with the 51S replacement. Hope this helps!!
Honest Opinion –
The product shipped was very good quality, however it did NOT fit my (series 5) shaver. The problem is that Braun did NOT have any model numbers on the shaver, ONLY SERIES 5. I did have to return the product because it did not fit my shaver. It was NOT any fault of the seller they were excellent. You have to match the pictures of the product!
