    The product leaves a film or greasy feeling to my hair. Maybe would work for other hair volume. My hair is very thick. Felt like I had to wash it more often to get greasy feeling out of my hair. Also, objective was to reduce the frizzies, and that was not a result of the product.

    Edit: Amazon did refund me the price of the product, I appreciate that as the product is pricey.

    I just received the shampoo and conditioner and it’s the worst. Other reviews suggested making sure to rinse several times which I did and there was so much residue when I got out of the shower. I tried to style it and it was so greasy I have it take another shower and use a different product. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews.

    I was using the BB anti-aging and switched to another name brand product. After a few months, I realized my mistake! The BB products softens hair and helps prevent frizzing and breakage. I will never stray from this product again!!
