I’m a fan of Brickell Reviving Day Serum. I will be buying it again. It does what it claims: ”boosts skin elasticity, restores firmness.” My skin looks more even, fresh and well-rested (even if I’m not).
For more, here’s the back story…
I use a few other Brickell products in my skin care regimen and sorta forgot about the Day Serum.
I’m a middle-aged guy of Western European heritage with maybe slightly, healthier-than-average skin for my age. I battle sun-damage spots and fading elasticity the most.
I recently tried a prescription solution for these issues, but to be honest, it was really expensive and I only noticed mediocre results. I’m glad I re-tried The Day Serum; I think it helps my skin look great.
The Day Serum is easy to use. It only takes a small amount. The scent is a pleasant, light, citrus-like scent. It absorbs into my skin quickly with zero residue or oil.
My skin looks fresh and rested. It feels hydrated and smooth. For me, the unscented version, is more my style. But either way, I’ll be buying it again as it helps me look better for a reasonable price. I would recommend trying it for any guy over 30.

I keep coming back to this product, my skin feels firmer, I find it helps brighten and tighten my skin. It also absorbs really easily, I find some serums can be quite oily which isn’t great for my skin (or for a lot of men), but find this is perfect.
Use this in the day and the night serum or a retinol in the evening with the daily moisturiser/anti ageing cream which I use at night and my skin feels great.

I recently discovered Brickell through a face moisturizer I purchased and decided to add this face serum to my routine. I have not been too diligent about a daily skin care routine for most of my life, but after noticing I’ve been developing some lines in my face an forehead, and worse, a bit of a turkey neck, I’ve decided to get more serious about moisturizing my face and neck.
As a baseline for what I look for in most products I use, Brickell checks a lot of boxes. They are a small company. Their ingredients are natural and organic. They don’t test on animals.
But specific to the category of skincare, Brickell offers a number of things I love. The products are not overly scented. They do have a fragrance, but is not overpowering or perfume-y. There are hints of citrus, and an overall freshness to the scent of their products. In addition, the products are not very oily or greasy. When applied, they seem to absorb into the skin without a lot of residue. I hate when my hands seem to have a skin care product left on them, and Brickell’s face serum feels very light – no residue on my hands after applying.
Of course, what’s most important is how well they work. Over the last few months, I have noticed that my neck is starting to get a bit saggy, and the skin is getting a little loose. I purchased the Reviving Day Serum with the hopes that it could help. As stated above, I have not been very dedicated to a skin care routine for most of my life. This is due, in part, to a belief that there’s really no need to moisturize my skin regularly and that moisturizers simply don’t work.
So, I was very surprised to find that after only a few days of using the Day Serum in the morning and evening, the skin on my neck really tightened up. I was not seeing the early stages of “turkey neck” that had pushed me to give this stuff a shot. I should add that I followed the Day Serum with Brickell’s Face Moisturizer. This combination seemed to work great.
If you are like me, and have never been dedicated to a daily skin care routine, or if you are looking for products that have the characteristics I described above (natural, not greasy, not overly fragrant), I highly recommend this Day Serum, and the Face Moisturizer. Both products are so simple to use and don’t take a long time to apply – about 2 minutes twice a day.
I am rethinking my skin care, and plan on being much kinder to my skin moving forward. I am thrilled that Brickell has convinced me that my previous thought that skin care wasn’t really necessary was completely wrong. Better late than never.

I’ve recently added this to my daily skin routine, and wow, it does exactly what it says it does. I unfortunately forgot to take a before picture of my skin to show the difference, but this definitely works.
I spend a lot of my time outside and the sun definitely takes its toll on my face, giving it the appearance of almost that leathery or wilted look. Not only does this make my face feel firmer, it feels much more hydrated and visually, it eliminated the “wilted” skin. What is this sorcery?
What I love about this is that you don’t need to use a lot of it. I use maybe half a pump of this and it’s enough to cover my whole face. It also absorbes very quickly and doesn’t leave any sort of oily residue, which is a plus.
I’ve only been using this for about a week, and despite the product saying expect results in about 2 weeks, for me I noticed a visual difference already. I can’t recommend this product enough! Do yourself a favor and buy this. Your face will love you.

While it’s hard to pinpoint dramatic changes, the serum is definitely not causing any harm. Application is simple – a pea-sized amount glides on smoothly, absorbs quickly, and leaves my face feeling refreshed without any greasiness. It’s versatile enough for morning or evening use, though I prefer starting my day with it.
