Brickell’s balancing toner really helped clear-up my skin. My forehead and nose tend to have oily buildup and sometimes blackheads form. Since using the toner, I’ve noticed much less buildup. Not only did the toner balance out oily buildup, but it smells fantastic. Since the product does contain witch hazel, I would caution against using on skin with open wounds or directly after shaving as there will be a stinging/burning sensation. Highly recommend this product!

Oddly enough, I’ve never used a toner before. I have both morning and evening facial routines, but never with a toner.
I began using it for a week right after I showered in the morning. The scent of cucumber is a welcome addition to the morning. The peppermint scent is light.
The label claims to reduce shine and it appears to be accurate. My forehead and nose aren’t oily to begin with, but it seems to be less so with this toner. Usually by noon, I have to splash water on my face to freshen up. With the toner, I didn’t have the need to.

I have sensitive skin, with moderate redness and the cooling and calming effect I felt from Brickell’s toner is awesome!!! This toner worked better than other products 2-4X the cost like Dermalogica, Lab Series, Obagi Nu-Derm, SK-II, and La Prairie.
I’ve noticed this toner seems to intensify serums I normally use which is another huge benefit. I would highly recommend Brickell’s Balancing Toner for any skin type, but especially for those with sensitive skin in need of a great calming product.

It really does work, but like with anything else you have to read the label. People buy this product because it’s expensive and because it’s in top search results, then they complain that this doesn’t work. It’s not the product that is failing but you not reading the labels. Although, I admire your bravery. Using things on your face without even knowing what they do? Given the fact that skin care is a very difficult subject (and expensive) knowing what you’re getting should be the must.
In short, yes it works.
No it’s not for everyone. YES, reading labels is required nowadays and for this product too.

This is the first toner I have used that I have noticed a difference. The smell of the toner reminds me of a spa, very nice.
My face doesn’t produce as much oil as it used to after using this product. My face used to be so oily when I got home but after a week of using the toner my face feels “normal”

J’utilise le shampoing daily straightening shampoo et le nettoyant anti acné qui sont de bons produits, et j’ai voulu ajouter à ma routine le balance toner.
D’habitude après avoir nettoyé mon visage avec le soin acné, les pores de mon visage sont secs et ne produisent pas de sebum tout au long de la journée. Mais après avoir utilisé le toner, tout est revenu, le sebum au bout de 30 minutes et même un bouton d’acné dans une zone où il n’yen a pas d’habitude….
Je crois que je vais racheter le toner de Kiehl’s avec lequel je n’avais aucun problème, car celui-ci n’est vraiment pas fait pour moi , je ne vais pas pleurer pour 20€ je ne suis pas à ça près, je fais juste part de mon expérience comme on me l’a demandé.
