I had a hard time threading floss over an implant bridge toward the back of my mouth, and this is the one that my dental hygienist used on my last cleaning. Works perfect for the tight space above the implant, and the floss is a little heavier than I normally use. Does a great job,and helps refresh the gum over the implant bridge.
