I bought this to eliminate the twice yearly dentist visits for teeth cleaning. This polisher does the job AFTER I used special teeth cleaning stripes and light mouth guard for speedy and amazing cleaning.
The polisher ‘sprays’ water and polishing past all over the place, I hope that will get better over time.

I had the item replaced because the prophy head broke off. The second Polisher I tried to place the Prophy Angles and even it was in the off position, the inside did not open up at all and there is absolutely no way I can attach the brush.
What a headache this thing has caused, plus it doesn’t work that good, don’t waste your money, it’s not worth it.

This unit does work surprisingly well. My only disappointment is that the unit only comes with 4 attachments, and no one there answered my question on where to buy more. Thankfully, I managed to find a bag of 3rd party attachments online and they work perfectly.

This tooth polisher is very well made. The body of is made out of good material and very similar to the real one in the dental office, but on a slight larger size, which is probably for gripping while being used.

This was the worst purchasing experience through Amazon I have ever experienced. I purchased the Brighter Image polisher in January 2021. The first issue was that the shipment went to the wrong address somewhere in another state. After finally receiving the unit, it worked for a couple of weeks and then stopped. I returned it to Brighter Image and received the second polisher weeks later. This unit didn’t work out of the box. It would not spin. I called Brighter Image and went through a long discussion, including pictures, about what I was doing wrong. Finally got them to take it back and send me a “new” one. Guess what? This third unit didn’t work out of the box either! Called Brighter Image again and was treated rudely and told to write an email to customer service. I was told that three quality people inspected the units. I ask to talk to one of them and was hung up on. It’s been nearly six months and all I have is a very expensive paper weight. Still weighting the hear back from the customer service department with a response to my requested email.
I would not recommend that anyone buy one of these Brighter Image Ballistic Polishers. They are a poorly engineered piece of junk as evidenced by the three out of three failures I experienced.

Product works well but wary of all the reviews indicating early failure.
For the price charged and questionable reliability , warranty should be 1 year at least, not 30 days. Minus one star.
Also, company has no method to obtain replacement disposable heads except to buy them by the hundreds from a dental supply company. Minus one star.
And, the way this product is adapted as a dental device – with a crooked label showing the power limit you should use (but no actual limit), I wonder if it’s even approved as a dental device.
And lastly, it’s overpriced. Minus one star for value.
So, this is how a potentially 5 star product gets only 2 stars.

This thing is amazing! High quality, plenty of power, and very, very effective. I’m so glad we went with this option over the cheaper bulkier ones on here. Really satisfied.

I’ll tell you right out of the box make sure you read the directions first of all guys. It’s built well, strong as all get out. Comes with four little polishing compound caps and two tubes of this whitening polish or gel. Even comes with one of those funny mouth spreaders so you can actually see and get back in there. Of course beware cause you’re going to drool all over the place.
You get 4 tips with it that are angled and also built well all of plastic with the polishing cup.
Now to the basics when I pulled it out of the box I could tell it was built well. It is also all electric powered but it does disconnect from the cord. There’s a speed control where it plugs into the wall and the thing has more than enough power. I do mean more than enough.
Needless to say I was skeptical there were no other reviews at the time I bought it I thought I was going to have to wait forever because it was third-party shipping but I actually received it in three days. Which was actually unexpected but great that I did. Secondly I thought if it does suck I’ll just return it to Amazon and let them deal with it.
I’ll tell you what though I’m very happy with it and I’m glad I paid more money upfront for an awesome well built next to professional as far as I can tell device for polishing at home.Rather than spending $25 here 17 there another $25 and being disappointed with all the battery-operated crapola that’s out there and yes about your only other option so far on Amazon or in the store.
Yeah just so you know it to say it again you’re not gonna bog this thing down you’re not going to have to worry about changing the batteries it’s not a throwaway device. It does the job and it does it well plain and simple.I’m very glad I purchased it.

Item is not cheap, the head piece does not ensemble. It has a plastic stick sticking out from bottom and its too thick for the little whole of the electric machine. Just wanted to use but its a no go for me. I also cant get a refund, messaged seller, hopefully he has some poeces that do fit and work! Ill keep updated on customer service as well!!

This is misleading not appropriate to use in mouth and can be sterilized as a dental professional I would not recommend this product
