I found the wipes very harsh as I’m using on my eyes I thought they might have been soft , so harsh felt like it would cause abrasion , don’t mind the spray using cotton balls much softer

This product is recommended for use with the Bruder eye mask, so that’s how I started using it. Very pleased to feel good about getting eyelids properly clean before using the mask and that it keeps the mask fresh.

The seal on the box was open. Not pleased about that. The cleanser pads were pretty dried out and scratchy. Would not buy again.

I’m a longtime customer of Bruder eye care products. I typically buy directly from Bruder because they have excellent customer service. I trust these products, and Bruder. This time I decided to use Amazon because the price was a little better. What a mistake. Amazon is incompetent, has little oversight in packaging products safely and in sterile condition. The eyelid liquid bottle was missing the plastic cap which ensures sterility. I had to take my valuable time to repackage the items and send back. The replacement items from Amazon came appropriately with the plastic cover; nevertheless, waste of my valuable time. FYI, the only other time I used Amazon was when Whole Foods stopped selling Dr. Hauschka lipstick, and I had to buy from Amazon. Again, sloppy, careless and pathetic; the outer box was crushed and the lipstick tube box was ripped.

These do seem to help with severe dry eye. But they’re expensive.
I figured out if I cut them in half and return one half to the foil packet and fold it shut it keeps perfectly until the next day. That makes them 50% off all the time!

I have a severe case of dry eye. The cleaning sheets keep my eyes clean and refreshed. The eye lid/eye lash spray works wonderfully to enhance the cleaning process. And finally the Bruder Eye Compress helps to lubricate the natural oils in my eyes and greatly adds to my eye comfort.
