I love the product but can’t give it a five star review because of packing. Item arrived with shampoo all over the plastic wrap covering the shampoo bottle and inside the shipping container.

This lives up to its name: it is gentle on my hair, leaving it soft and healthy looking; furthermore, it does not leave any scent in my hair, which is a must for me because I have learned that perfumed products force others to endure odors they find too strong or unpleasant. The large size is pricey, but a little of this goes a long way so for me this bottle lasts a very long time.
