I have thick curly hair and it has been a lifelong struggle to find anything that works for shaping my hair and keeping it from being a frizz fest. I rotate with different products because I worry my hair will become immune, haha. I run this through my hair with my fingers and sometimes a wet brush after co-washing (what I usually do). If I have time, I will air dry my hair before putting it up but if not, I use my hair dryer. Sometimes I will get a slightly different “result” than what I’m used to but that’s normal with hair products. I can buy this locally but considering the price it makes more sense to buy this two pack.

If you guys could see my Amazon purchase list you’d probably call a therapist for me, it’s bad. But anyway, I try sooooo many different products for mine and my daughters hair. We all have different texture but my 10 year olds curls are the most difficult for me. I tried this on her hair last night and she’s over the moon with the results!!! I will add photos later as she isn’t home right now. Left her curls beautiful and shiny and moisturized, defined etc we’re happy with this stuff I wish I’d given it a try sooner. It smells good too. We’ll see about the wash ability but I don’t predict any issues there.

This is the only hair product that actually keeps my curls from getting frizzy or from being stiff. I’ve been using it for over 20 years. I’ve tried other products, but this one is the only one that I don’t have to wash my hair daily, I can just wet it and reapply more of this product and my curls look great. I have always had long hair just below the shoulders and one 6oz container lasts me about 3-4 months, because a small amount of one pump goes a long way on my full thick hair.

Ok. So I was born with really curly hair. I LOVE LOVE LOVE & CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT Curls Rock by Catwalk /Tigi!!! It makes my hair behave. If you put a lot of it in your hair it can make it crunchy-I personally don’t mind a little crunch. All you have to do is scrunch it a lil & it’s gone. My hair is never sticky. I truly love this product! Anyways yeah… I only received 2 bottles & 1 cap…? That has never happened before. I’m assuming it may have been one of those days/human error? Otherwise I’d have given it 5 stars.

I bought some of the stuff at TJ Maxx a while ago and I was so pleasantly surprised by it. Since then I have ordered this three pack on Amazon three times so far because I like to style and refresh my hair quite often. I no longer need to use a ton of conditioner and gel to make my hair stay nice all day. I can use a small amount of this or a little bit more if I want more control This stuff locks my curls in amazingly. It also has a light pleasant scent that is not at all overpowering even if you use a lot. When I put it in my hair it feels super slick and makes styling and defining my curls very smooth and easy. The slickness helps me not overwork the curls and avoid frizz. It also gives it great shine and volume. Here’s a tip if you want a ton of volume, style your hair upside down separating and scrunching to the root alternately. If you want crazy volume use heat on your hair with this product while holding your head upside down. After it’s dry and you scrunch it to softness you will be like freakin Tina Turner or Cher with how much volume it gives. It dries quickly with no residue feeling or stickiness. It works great with heat which usually I could never ever use heat on my hair with any other product except with the exception of strictly curl, curl lotion. That product is awesome too if I use it when my hair is slightly dry and then put heat on it it has so much shine and definition. The only thing I will say about this great stuff is that with repeated use you may find that it kind of dries out your hair so I did start adding a bit of leave-in-friendly conditioner sometimes with a bit of oil serum before putting this on but it works great either way. That’s also a great thing about this if you do use other products it works pretty good with most other things although I wouldn’t recommend a drying hair gel . Cheap firm hold hair gel has always been my best friend but not with this product. Afterwards damp or dry with gel it seems to really make my Hair stiff if I use the gel. But that’s one of the awesome things I don’t have to use gel anymore 🙂 Sometimes after it is completely dry I Spritz a little hairspray to keep the style flawless for longer but you don’t have to.
I have gotten so many compliments from other curly haired people since using this product.
