I’ve tried a lot of different products out there and I first tried this deep cleanser maybe 5-6 years ago on a whim. I didn’t know how I liked it at first, I just knew it was tingly, creamy, and whatnot. Then I switched to different products for a good 2-3 years.
When I tried those other products, it really dried my skin out, and did not leave my skin feeling fresh and un-tight. This cream cleanser keeps my skin clear for the most part (have to use acne cream on some nights to spot-treat) and I have not had any bad reactions to it which is rare coming from someone with extremely sensitive skin. I use it on my neck as well when it feels itchy and it cools my skin down quite a bit.
Because it doesn’t lather like a normal face wash it does not dry my skin out. In fact, it plumps it up in my experience and the menthol gives you a feeling of freshness. It smells fine, no distinctive scent, and seems to be gentle on my skin. While it doesn’t remove blackheads it keeps things -okay- as in I don’t get major breakouts while on this. I’ve been a fan for about 5 years and I’ll always keep this on hand. Thanks BB!
