I literally love this product. I use this to remove glue for every wig that I have and it does the job every time. This is the best adhesive glue removal that I’ve ever had and I recommend this to all the wig girlies . Please stop putting alcohol on your wigs get this instead.

I don’t normally write reviews unless a product/service is either awfully GOOD, or horrendous, needless to say I’m writing this one because I. AM. WOWED!
I’m very new to wearing lace wigs. I dove head first into installing with ghost bond glue (it definitely does what it’s supposed to btw). As you can imagine I was left with globs of caked on glue, about 4 layers of it to be exact lol. I wasn’t readyyyy *insert Kevin Hart voice.
In a state of panic I drove to my closest beauty supply store and found a supposedly fast acting glue remover by salon pro (definitely don’t waste your money on THAT). I used nearly half the bottle and was only able to get glue off the center of my forehead (don’t ask lol). The glue remover also has a VERY strong smell that lingers until you wash your hair, and a film of sticky glue residue since it breaks the glue down, but doesn’t really detach the glue from your hair, I hope that makes sense.
Anyway I’d order c-22 solvent when I first got my wig, but due to recent shipping delays it hadn’t come til today. I didn’t expect much from it at all because if you’ve tried one glue remover you’ve tried em all right? WRONG!!!!!. I opened the bottle and immediately noticed the smell was a lot more subtle and pleasant! It’s light and citrusy. I sprayed 3 squirts in one affected area and started my tv show expecting to be sitting there combing glue out of my hair for the next hour, Girrrrl! It took 3min! I combed out CLUMPS of glue with my hair in tact! It was virtually pain free too! No film, no residue. I thought it was a hoax so I repeated the steps on my other temple, same results!
I wasn’t prepared to leave a review, so I have no comparison photos to show how my hairline looked after spending HOURS removing glue with the first solvent, but the pictures attached are what 5min of using c-22 solvent did. You may see residue, but it is just leftover glue that can EASILY be combed out. I hope this helps

This was so easy to use and also gentle, no irritation on my hands or scalp at all. I sprayed it on each side of my tapes extensions one by one. Waited a couple of minutes, and was able to pull the tapes apart and slide them out of my hair. The whole head took about 45 minutes, but I had 4 packs of extensions in which is a lot of hair. So happy, it would have cost me £150 to have them removed at my salon. Love it.

This product lifts the lace off my skin so easily but it leaves an oily residue and I don’t like that. It doesn’t get the glue of the frontal either and I have to use alcohol to get off the oil from the solvent.

I usually use alcohol this stuff reminds me of goo gone for like adhesives, smells the same the oil is very hard to get rid of after use but it does work!

I had used got2b freeze spray while bleaching my wig knots to protect the hair and needless to say I totally overdid it. The whole closure was in a ball of knotted, matted hair and after a 3 day process with conditioner it was still a knotted mess. Enter this spray which I found on Youtube and OMG this stuff worked like a dream. Due to the intense matting and glue it was a process and took some time but this solvent made it noticeably easier. I never write reviews but this was warranted. Just buy this, trust me!

Ive had tape in extensions for about a year now. Every month when I got them moved up it was always a nightmare with the amount of glue left in my hair each time. I hate to to admit I had been using alcohol to remove them which was excessively drying out my scalp but it was the only thing that I had tried that worked the best and at best still wasn’t good enough. When I tell you this stuff literally MELTS the glue from my extensions and I can just slide them out of my hair, I am not exaggerating. I didn’t have any harsh affects to my hair and had a pleasant citrusy smell to it as well. I was even able to completely remove all excess glue still stuck in my hair from MONTHS of move ups. I can’t tell you the last time I was able to even run a brush through my hair without catching it on a clump of glue, let alone a COMB. I will forever be greatful for this stuff!!
