I was in a house fire in last year, 2023. I was very sick post fire. I started a bath detox with 1 cup epsom salt, 1 cup bentonite clay, 1 cup baking soda, 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar. In all seriousness smoke was coming out of my pores. I smelled of smoke. My skin smelled of smoke. I had to change my clothes daily and wash them immediately. It’s not ideal for taking internally because it’s somewhat gritty and doesn’t mix completely, so if you drink it, you’ll need to be careful not to drink the grit that settles to the bottom. It works good for facials, clay poultice, or baths.
