This was a gift and the recipient is happy with it.
However, I originally ordered a manikin from this same company. It was not what she wanted and I received the OK from Amazon to return the item which I did on December 28, 2012. I then on January 3, 2013 reordered Celebrity Sam II -it was received and I have been billed for it BUT I have not received credit for my first return. Where do I go from here?

The hair is so soft and it feels like real hair and not like plastic. It also lifts so well! I was able to lighten her to a level 10 and it was very even! The best mannequin for cosmetology.

This came on time. The packaging was nor damaged and the mannequin was brand new. It’s perfect for New York Stateboard. When I opened the box the mannequin was sealed in a plastic bag 🙂 Her hair is soft and it is 100% human hair

I really liked the quality of my sam 2 hair for my NY state board I had failed a few times before due to lack of preparation and bad quality mannequin hair but sam had good durable hair for the whole exam
