I purchased this to replace a now discontinued Neutrogena hyaluronic acid facial gel. The new product from Neutrogena caused me to break out. Well, this product is a little stickier but still lightweight and absorbs well. It still works great and I am enjoying the product.
There is no odor to this product, which I appreciate. This was a great value for the price.

It is hydrating and creates a smooth feeling on the skin that I think is great to prime for makeup. But it makes my skin look really shiny, not sure how I feel about that.

This moisturizer is a life saver for me. It does not sit heavy on the skin as it is very light. I have normal-oily skin and it does not make it greasy or irritate it at all. It is perfect for most skin types.
I just got this yesterday. It is very watery and smells like vinegar. There are no oils in this product that I received. –
This is by far the best moisturizer I’ve used. And trust me I’ve tried MANY. I’m 22 and I struggled with hormonal acne around that time of the month and every moisturizer I’ve used always broke me out. I scanned this one with the Yuka app and it said it was clean, so I decided to try it. I’ve now bought it 6 times and I have it on subscription now. You don’t need much of it, maybe dip 2-3 fingers in it and that is it! Small container but I think it lasts me about a month or two. I’m obsessed.

I have very sensitive skin, most moisturizers make my face red and irritated and my skin still feels dry. This stuff does not irritate and actually moisturizes.

Smell good, very light in texture, but it didn’t help me with my sensitive skin, once apply it still feel itchy and bit burnt. Also there is NO expiry date on box

Very good moisturizer, it leaves a weird texture on your hands for a short while but it’s highly rated by dermatologists and I can already see the difference after 1 month of use.

It wasn’t until I have learned the phrase “fungal acne” that I realized why everything I applied on my face tends to break me out. This cetaphil moisterizer is not only FA safe, but moisturizes effectiely. There are other FA safe moisturizers on the market, but Cetaphil is affordable and widely available. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it comes in a jar, and I prefer a hygenic pump dispenser. Personally I have not experienced anything like “peeling”, but I don’t put layers of products on my skin. There’s a bit stickiness on the finger tips when the product is still wet, but once dried it’s perfectly fine. All gel products has that stickiness when wet. Products like Differin Gel is much more sticky. Overall I am happy with this product. I waited several weeks before I write this review, so I know for sure it does’t break me out. I hope Cetaphil will never change the formula or discontinue it.
