SO, I typically like the Cetaphil brands and recently purchased the Oil-Free with SPF35 face moisturizing lotion. The one thing I cannot stand with moisturizers that contain the added layer of SPF protection is if you can smell the SPF protectant. It has a unique and offensive smell to me. I was SO happy to discover that this does NOT have an offensive smell at all. I can’t even tell it has SPF in it, so this is EXCELLENT news for my face which by my Dermatologist is required for me to have sun protection more than 30 at all times on my face. The texture is thick and covers well. The only drawback to this is the dispenser. I found it very difficult to prime the first squirt. Actually nearly impossible which I ended up giving up and just taking the top off and applying on my face by dipping the straw tube into the bottle. I had my husband prime it later. It is now primed and the only other drawback is it does not consistently pump, so not sure how long the lotion will be coming out of the tube properly. When it does it is in very small doses. However, does seem to cover well enough even with the minute doses of the small pump action. I did contact Cetaphil to let them know they need to improve on the dispenser. Other than the functionality issue, I’m VERY pleased with it. Not sure about how long and how well the SPF works, but I’m not using it as a suntan lotion.

I wasn’t sure what to expect out of this sunscreen. So many different brands in the past either leave a white cast, are hard to rub in or pill with other skincare/makeup. Cetaphil is sooo moisturizing and it melts right into your skin without pilling on top of skincare. And then my makeup goes on so smoothly right on top. I love this and I will never use anything else!!

Like: apply and there is never greasy, oily residue. Wash hands after application with just water. No offensive odor. Washes off in shower.
Dislike: Nothing. Product strikes perfect balance for us. My wife and I apply to face, neck and sometimes arms b4 every one of our evening walks.

This moisturizer is fantastic. Very natural, glowy finish. Absorbs very well and leaves no cast on my skin tone. My fiancée, who hates wearing any sort of lotion, loves it for everyday protection.
The pump just sucks. It takes seriously about five to ten minutes of pumping after opening to get any product to come out. When I thought the bottle was empty because nothing would come out of the pump, I opened it and saw seriously about a fourth of the product still inside. The spout is too small to get any tool inside to scoop the rest out, so I had to cut the top off. I filled two travel size containers with the rest of the product!
Overall very worth it because it’s such a good price, though.

I was struggling to find a moisturizer with 35 or more spf that I could use daily. Luckily I found this product. It rubs in nicely and doesn’t look or feel like putting on sunscreen. It is moisturizing, and I feel better knowing that I am protected every day even if I don’t put on sunscreen. It is a bit small of a bottle, for a daily moisturizer, but a little goes a long way.
