The soap is fine, but the pump that makes it foamy is the worst pump ever! I have to pry it back up in order to use it and pump again. I bought the two-pack and both pumps are just awful. The cleanser is gentle, but I don’t appreciate the hassle to draw the pump back up in order to use it again for another dose.

I have been meaning to update my review but life got in the way. Bottom line – the pump stopped working about one month into use. Don’t buy this because it will drive you stark raving mad. Why, oh why, can’t they make this work.

Product is good but towards end of bottle pump doesnt work anymore so you manually need to pull pump up and down to dispense soap

I had extremely dry and flaky skin due to aging and tretinoin use, until this product! I’ve tried countless other face washes that claim to be hydrating, but this is the only one that truly delivers. It has a gentle foam so you know it’s really cleaning, but it’s nondrying. It’s odor free and very gentle on sensitive skin. After rinsing and drying, your skin is refreshed and hydrated with no tightness. The simple ingredients make me feel good about using it, and it’s a great value! This face wash has amazing performance: Foaming AND non drying. Give it a try and it’ll become a holy grail in your skin routine!
