Its a nice dryer and have bern using it for several weeks but I have never noticed it making my hair smoother or less damaged…..its still hot hair blowing thru your hair 🥴
It dries hair faster and has variable great settings I never have time to use the cooler temp settings so who knows maybe it is magical…. but my old conair from a chain store worked the exact same way….. and was a fraction of the price.

I am a huge fan of all things CHI, but this blow dryer is amazing! I just received it today and used it for the first time and I’m amazed at how powerful and quick drying this product is! I only wash my hair about every 4 days because it’s so thick and damaged by coloring, but my hair looks healthier than ever! Thanks CHI!!

I loved the dryer and it worked great for 8 months, now it only turns on cold air!!! Which defeats the purpose of having it. If I wanted cold air I can get a fan for $5. This is not a cheap hair dryer, in the past I’d only buy the $17 dryers and they lasted years. First and last time I spend this kind of money on this junk. Very disappointed that I can’t even exchange with the seller for one in good condition. Don’s waste your money.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this hair dryer. It’s the best. It’s light weight with 1875 drying power that’s also quiet. Its got ceramic technology which dries hair quickly & evenly without heat stripping it, and it tames frizz. The on/off – heat high/low switches are positioned on the side of the handle so you can’t accidentally change temperature & speed when moving the dryer in your hand while styling. The cool shot button stands alone and is located on the middle of the handle under the barrel for easy access. The first Chi Ceramic dryer I had lasted for years. When I finally needed to replace it I used another dryer I already had instead and the difference in how my hair looked & felt during & after styling was significant. As soon as I reordered & received my new Chi Ceramic again there’s no question it’s superior to most any other blow dryer out there. I highly recommend it.

I’m 46 ys old and I have never been so excited about a hairdryer. It dries my hair faster than I knew was possible, and it always looks shiny and full of volume. The temp is so much more comfortable than many OTC hair dryers that blast your head with heat to dry hair. This one is a comfortable warmth that quickly has your hair dry…I’d say probably in 50% of the time. I’ve never thought much about the hair dryer, but this is the first one I’m actually excited about enough to even think about it at all! I look forward to drying my hair now, which sounds absurd, but it’s true!
