Sad I’m just figuring this out after my return window has closed. I want It on the deepest setting but when I clamp down on my hair it undos two notch levels 🙁

I am very happy with this waver. It does a very good job. You are able to select how wavy you want your hair. There are 4 choices. Chi is a very reputable company for straighteners and curling irons. I recommend this product!

I have some natural wave and frizz. I was hoping to make the wave more uniform and eliminate the frizz with this product. It did not help with frizz. Regardless of which heat setting I tried, my hair did not hold the wave for long. My hair ended up looking worse than when I let it dry naturally (at least then I have an excuse for why my hair looks bad). May work well for some hair types, but not for mine.
