Hard to imagine this made it to production- where do I start: Large fat awkward handle; large nozzle- blows everywhere requiring use of attachment, however, using the attachment requires special hand placement to aim it on head yet not turn the mechanism off or hit the other buttons which change the speed or temperature. Very irritating to have it go on and off constantly. Would take a year to master. This is not any less noisy than other hair dryers. What is with the multiple cool settings? Who uses that? It would be better to have a high and low blow setting for the multiple hot settings versus no ability to change how hard it blows all over the place with a hot setting. The single benefit of this model is the ability to see & select the temperature of heat. Whoever designed and approved this must not have any hair to dry or must not use hair dryers or he would have known this was a fail. Hope he has left CHI

I purchased this hair dryer a month ago when it was on sale. I like the multiple heat and cooling settings. I am still getting use to the auto feature of it shutting off when you set it down. Sometimes, it will stop blowing if you are not holding the handle in certain spots. No biggy, just takes some adjustment. I am not sure that I would have purchased this for the full price but it is definitely worth purchasing if on sale.

I use blow dryer about 3 times a week. After only 1 month it stopped working. Unfortunately with 30 day return policy I’m out of money. Not worth buying.
