I have bought and used this product several times. I have used it for two years and it is amazing! It makes my skin looks so clean and clear and bright. It is the only thing that I have found that gets rid of my dark spots and evens out my skin tone. However, I tried buying this product again a month ago and when it arrived, it was hard and unusable. Since I had stuck my finger in it, I wasn’t able to return it, so I thought maybe this was just a fluke and I bought another one. When the second one arrived, it was the same hard and unusable consistency. I returned that one in hopes of getting a third one that would be right. However, the third one was also hard and unusable so I returned it as well. It seems that maybe the current batch they are selling is a bad batch because if you can get the product that is pictured it works wonders! I will give it a few months and try ordering again because I love the product so much and just hope and pray that they have gotten rid of the bad batch they currently have.
