I always liked natural instincts hair color. I am very sensitive to hair dyes. Some make my scalp bleed, some burn it. My friend owns a salon and had to put sweet and low in her professional color. I do not go to her place anymore, so I been using this brand, like I used too. The color holds up about a month and a half to two months for me. My head has never itched nor burned. It is a great product and recommend to anyone who has super sensitive scalp.

I have been using the 6c light brown color for several years now and I loved the shade. I always came out with a rich medium brown color that didn’t leave bronze/orange tones.
Here’s the problem.. I just reordered the same color in the three pack that I order all the time and dyed my hair yesterday. It turned out almost black… like the darkest brown I’ve ever had in my hair. So I’m thinking the quality team missed this mistake, this is being sold as a knock off product, or there was a change in the formula. Either way, the same product I order every few months has completely changed with this order.

First time trying this product after researching plant based and least damaging hair dye. The dark brown variant covered my greying roots blending nicely with my previous colour. Followed the instructions carefully and timely especially my hair has become brittle due to previous dyeing and chemical treatments. No itch or allergic reaction.
