I have loved using this hair mask. I have fine, colored/bleached hair and it his stuff has been a saving grace for my hair. I also feel like it has minimized my itchy scalp. The smell is the only I don’t love-it’s just not a smell I particularly enjoy. It doesn’t last long on my hair, so I just move past it. It’s a thicker consistency and feels so nice to spread around my hair and scalp.

This Coco & Eve Pro Youth Hair Mask is in a boxed jar, and had a piece of tape to keep the top in place. I thought it had a clear plastic inner seal for freshness and tamper resistance, but it was just an inner lid that lifts out. I consider this insufficient tamper protection, but I did decide to try it. Other reviewers have taken photos of the ingredients label, so I won’t do that here. I can smell the coconut oil. This conditioner contains a number of natural products, as well as commercial hair product ingredients. I didn’t go through each of the ingredients in an online search, and my usual hair care products contain lists of ingredients like this one. My grey and white long hair is moderately thick and pretty healthy. At the beginning of my shower, I shampooed, rinsed, and covered my long hair and scalp with this mask, leaving it on for 5 to 10 minutes as directed. My regular product is Biolage Matrix Exquisite Oil shampoo and conditioner. I was ok with the scent. I could tell as I rinsed this product off, that my hair in my fingers seemed dryer than usual. In the mirror after drying, my hair seemed to have slightly less sheen than usual, or about the same. I didn’t get any allergic reaction, and I have sensitive skin, but I’ll note that one reviewer did get a reaction. I’ve ordered a number of hair care products from Amazon where the conditioner seemed to leave my hair less moisturized than my regular product. Yet some of those made my hair look great. This one seemed to give a little less shine, but only by a small degree. At this price point, and with less than stellar results, I won’t be ordering more. I keep my hair in decent shape. If you have a different hair type than mine, perhaps this product would work for you.

I do have a lot of scalp problems like dandruff which makes my scalp issue and my hair unsightly. I use this about once a week and feel my hair has made a tremendous change by consistent use. It’s more vibrant and soft and my dandruff isn’t as horrible as it has been.
I was worried it would make my hair look weighed down but it didn’t and in combination with my other hair care regiment my hair looks super healthy and vibrant.

I have thin hair and a sensitive scalp. I didn’t put this hair mask on my scalp, but did distribute it evenly throughout the bottom half of my hair. After I air dry my hair it appears fluffy and dry, but I haven’t had that problem with this product. It didn’t weigh down my hair and makes it silky smooth. I don’t know if it is worth the high price point though, I have experienced similar results from hair masks that cost much less.

My hair was very dry and needing some TLC. This mask helped with shine and split ends. Unlike most moisturizers, you can apply from root to ends and it doesn’t make your hair greasy. Give this a shot

This hair mask just didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It is not particularly conditioning and didn’t leave my hair feeling soft and smooth after. Not tangled, but not great either. I also noticed both times I tried this that my hair looked oily/greasy sooner than normal. I really wanted to like this, but I am not seeing the benefit. Maybe it would work better on a different hair type. I have thick, slightly wavy hair that is on the oily side.

I was only able to let the product sit in my hair about 3ish minutes (toddler woke up early) but I’m seeing some good results. My hair usually feels like dry straw but it does feel softer already:)

This is a thick and heavy scalp mask which has been brilliant at calming my dry scalp down. Especially since I’m using a lot of product in my hair (having curly hair dictates that…) and it can make my scalp both irritated and red.
The thickness of it indicates, for me, that I don’t have to use too much. This, in turn, has made this last for ages. I’ve now used a quarter of it and I’ve been using it for over six weeks.
It’s got a lovely scent to it and it also makes my hair very smooth.

I love the way this hair mask smells first off. It does really good with locking in moisture. I admire how you use it on your scalp and hair, a two and one mask.
