I love the weight & quality of the material this mask is made out of.
I have kept mine in a ziplock bag in the freezer, then switched to keeping it in the fridge. The cool down process is basically the same time. You will have to keep putting the mask in the fridge to keep it cool.
The soft side is along the lines of velour. Super soft & comfortable.
The downside is the velcro on the straps that hold the mask in place at the back of your head. It can & will snag your hair. Be careful.

It’s okay. Soft on the inside. It’s really too cold to take from the freezer & strap it around ur head though. I just sort of lay it on parts of my face & move to another spot when it gets too cold. It does help with stress.
