This is a clear jelly-like goo with an unusual scent I’d say is kind of like licorice. It lathers into a thinly-foamy bubble after a moment of massaging into the scalp but it is thick and does more to coat the hair than form a lather, so you need to take time massaging it into the scalp all around to really penetrate and deep clean/exfoliate. Rinsing the product back out also takes more time, going around and squeezing each section of hair to wrong it out.
After a week of using this I can say I have seen an improvement in my hair’s shine and bounciness, without frizz. It does not add artificial fluffy volume like other products, my hair is smoother than frizzier, so depending on your hair needs you might choose to alternate this with a “volumizing” shampoo to create the body you’re looking for.
This product aims to clear the scalp to allow healthy new growth, and I’d say my scalp seems fresher, I have not had any acne or ingrown hairs while using this, so that’s nice.
For an exfoliating shampoo this hasn’t let me down, though the smell is… interesting. Overall though, I’m plenty happy with it.

This shampoo cleans my hair well, and I do like the minty-scent. I can also say that this is one of the few shampoos that claims to be color safe that actually does not strip my hair color, which is appreciated.
In terms of benefits like thickening, repairing, etc., I cannot honestly say that I’ve experienced anything along those lines, and I’ve been using this shampoo consistently for quite a while. Given the very high (in my view) price point, I would certainly expect this product to be better able to deliver on those kinds of claims.
So, this isn’t a bad shampoo, but at least at this point, it doesn’t appear able to provide the benefits that would justify such a hefty price tag.

Appears used and tampered with upon delivery. The bottle was leaking product, I had to wash off the leakage. The pump was released and the product dispensed immediate at the first pump.

I have Postpartum hair loss and I got This to hopefully help. It is very minty and thick and a little bit goes a long way. So far so good, doesn’t weigh my hair down and I feel Like there hasn’t been more hair loss so it should be working

I’ve use this shampoo for over a month, now, I can’t see it made my hair, feel thicker or more voluminous it did give my hair a nice bounce and light weight feel which made it easier to style. I wasn’t a huge fan of the scent however, it didn’t last very long so I wasn’t too bothered by it. It’s a very slippery type consistency, but lather as well and does a great job cleaning my hair.

The smell of the shampoo is good; I do like it. It cleans my hair well and leaves my hair smooth. However, I don’t see any significant difference in increasing the volume or thickness of my hair. However, it is a good shampoo.
