3 months after warranty the hair dryer smelled like burn electric but never set off the breaker.. after opening it up to assess the situation, I found out when it cooled down it plastic welded the switch to off. Which then made the blower useless. Worked great till that happened.. never dropped it or abused it. I take care of my things. Just a little disappointed. They said hair dryer should last between 3-5 years. I bought this because it was a Conair. I won’t give up on them cause it’s probably a fluke situation. I like conair products. It did make it to warranty lol!

The “Conair Hair Dryer” is the simple, straightforward hairdryer for which I was looking! I like that this cute little hair dryer is not too big or heavy! Thankfully, there is also a low blower setting, making it much quieter for my sensitive ears!
One thing to note is that there is no variable with the heat temperature setting. Whether it is on low or high, the heat temperature remains the same (hot). I was a little disappointed about this, but for my needs it will still work just fine.
In essence, I find Conair products to be very affordable and dependable; and, this one will be an acceptable replacement for my old one!

Great easy blow dryer; it’s very light and gets the job done pretty quickly; if you’re looking to get a blow dryer in your house just because or to replace your old one, I would recommend this one, because of the price and decent quality you’re getting. If you’re looking for something a bit fancier, like something with more temperature settings or something real heavy duty – then I wouldn’t recommend this one. Overall, great blow dryer!
