I have combination hair. It’s a coarse texture frizzy and wavy on top and curly down the back just past shoulder length. I brought this expensive kit to enhance the curl in my hair and control frizz. I wasted my money big time. I’m so disappointed. It did take the frizz alright it made my hair completely straight by the time my hair dried I looked like professor snape off Harry Potter. If you want to straighten your hair then by all means but this product is made for a very specific hair type and they should be clear about that in the advertisement before charging someone $76 dollars. I would return if I could not happy.

I love this product. I saw it on shark tank and ordered the next day. I am mixed and so it’s hard to find products that work for my hair. Until chaotic curl no product did the job. I am so happy to have finally found a product that gives me soft, frizz free definition. My hair has natural movement and my curls don’t look wet and stuck together. My daughter tried the product but didn’t like it. Her hair is thicker and has a different kind of curl. She has “diva curls”. She said she thinks her hair is “to puffy” using product. For me, my hair isn’t so “big” anymore and I think if I use even less product I could get Volume back. Also, I used less than half the amount of this product than I usually use with other products..so a little goes a long way. I give it 5 stars and I’m so glad I found it.

It’s a new brand and it will take a couple of weeks of use to see if my naturally curly hair likes it long. Received it very quickly and that was awesome, next day delivery and used it last night, immediate opinion is I like it. Long term I hope my hair will want me to order more of it.

Love the curls. Shampoo is normal. Conditioner is great. Love the curl cream, no crunchiness. But I do have to refresh my curls on days 2 through the next wash with something like the Ouidad Refreshing Spray. But that’s just the price you pay for no crunchiness.

I love how soft and moisturized my hair looks and feels! I don’t think I have tried a product quite like this before. Even day 2 my hair isn’t frizzy or dried out.
I will complain though about the price! As I sit here looking at the Controlled Chaos website, for the SAME product package they charge only $59 plus 20% off. How can they sell on this platform for $20 MORE?? That’s ludicrous, very disappointed.

I have 3c curl pattern and have had a lot of trouble finding something that works for styling my curls while also cutting down my on frizz. With this stuff, my frizz is like, nonexistent! I love this stuff!
