Have been using this brand for years. Also really like the N degree Green scent.
Smells great, helps me not sweat as much and makes my sweat smell good when I do. Love that there’s no aluminum and it’s all natural ingredients- makes me feel good about putting it on near lymph nodes.

I’ve tried many natural deodorant and this one is my favorite. I’ve bought number green and it smells so good! Doesn’t leave any marks because he’s clear. I also use it when I’m doing CrossFit training and I don’t smell bad at the end of my training so for me it’s a big win! Even if the product is a bit pricey, it worth every dollar.

Smells really good. Nice packaging. I’m not a fan of white solid deodorant so this passes the test. But I think it stained one of my shirts a bit and now the armpits are tinted red. Luckily it’s a small stain and it washed out enough that I can still wear it, but maybe only use this when wearing dark colors.

I was excited to try this product as it was featured in a magazine I was reading and I needed a new option for natural deodorant (Native and Coco & Cleo both didn’t work). I liked the scent of the Californie, and also liked that it was a clear gel. Well, it didn’t work on me. Maybe kept me from smelling for a few hours but then BO popped right up! The product itself also began to disintegrate, and the container would drip and ooze a watery substance on my counter, on my body, on my hands. Very disappointing and frankly gross.

I got “The Botanist” so I’ll start by trying to explain the scent. If you’re like me, the little video they have that reviews the scent was not particularly helpful (“Smells like nature” did make me laugh a little), so as a person with no experience describing scents this is how I would explain it.

Firstly, I do like the scent, and it isn’t overwhelming. When you open up the deodorant you aren’t hit with a scent, you either have to wave it around a little or get your nose right up in there to smell it. The first whiff you’re going to smell citronella. Which makes sense looking at the ingredients again: “*Citronellol,*Geraniol” both of which come from citronella oil. I don’t dislike citronella, but I do usually associate it with bug spray so that did surprise me a little to find in in deodorant. I guess bug spray does remind me of going into nature to be fair. I doubt the deodorant will have any actual bug repellent abilities though. After a couple sniffs you do kind of go nose blind to the citronella smell and start picking up the other scents. I really like the underlying scents, my best description of them is they’re herbaceous on the side of floral. Not really floral, but herbaceous that’s kind of leaning towards being a bit floral. And underneath *that* herbaceous scent is a kind of deeper more earthy scent that you kind of have to dig at to get. And the lingering tang from the citronella smell (or maybe that’s the citrus scent kicking in?) on these underlying scents does remind me of the forest floor after rain.

So while I’m kind of indifferent to the citronella smell in general, I do keep trying to smell this on me throughout the day to get to more of the underlying stuff. And I think if a deodorant keeps you coming back like that, it’s a good sign of a good scent. And I will say the difference between this scent and the non-natural products is night and day. Comparing them back to back you do notice how the non-natural product is kind of flat and dimensionless in comparison. In general it’s a nice gender-neutral scent. When this runs out I might try the “No Green” just to see what that is like. But I will have no problem coming back to this scent if I don’t like that one.

Now for a general deodorant review. In comparison to Ursa Major, this lasted longer on me. Results may vary, but after about 5 pm, Ursa Major would kind of just be gone. This scent does last longer, and even when I can’t smell it any more later at night, I don’t smell stinky after it was gone like I did with Ursa Major, so I didn’t feel the need to top off. If I wore this to the gym, I can imagine it would be a different story, but for just going to work and only having to deal with work-stress sweats, this held up well.

When you first put it on, it is a bit goopy. I’m not sure if I left it to dry for a bit if it would go away, but I don’t have the patience or time for that in the morning so I’ve been just dabbing my pits with a wash cloth to get off the excess goop, and that seems to work. Bonus, this method let me test getting the deodorant off fabrics. I did notice the deodorant dried into a white crust on the cloth, but after a rinse that seems all gone so I don’t think it left a stain. That was critical to me when picking a deodorant.

A lot of natural deodorants are using coconut oil in their product, which is concerning to me because depending on the dye, oils can lift the dye from your clothing. So if coconut oil stains your clothes there’s no getting that out because the coconut oil has *removed* the dye, not just layered another dye over it. I’m not sure if essential oils have the same effect, but since those are used as a scent in this product, theoretically they will be in very low concentrations and not enough to produce stains. If that changes and I do notice stains on my clothes, I will update this review.

I finally found the perfect natural deodorant!! First of all, it works wonderfully and the scent is simply divine! I’m really picky with scents, so I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the Neroli is. It smells like a high-end fragrance without being overpowering.

As for consistency, it glides on SO smoothly with a silky feel, and best of all, it’s completely clear! I was really impressed with the texture. It feels amazing on my skin with no weird residue. I’ve tried several other natural deodorants over the past few years but have been continually frustrated with their sticky consistency, buildup on clothes, and ineffectiveness. I don’t know what their secret is, but Corpus has cracked the code on creating an amazing natural deodorant that actually delivers without any of those compromises.

On top of that, the packaging looks sleek and sophisticated and it’s the perfect size to toss in your bag for the gym or traveling.

Aside from the great reviews, what initially attracted me to try this deodorant was that it’s vegan, plant-based, environmentally conscious, and made in the USA. Those aspects are really important to me so this product truly checks all the boxes! If you’re hesitating or shopping around, just BUY IT! It’s worth every penny and works beautifully. I can’t wait to try their other products!

Many people say natural deodorants don’t work well this one does!! Heavy work and sport situations might need more!!?

this deodorant works well for me, but i have never been one that had a super strong bo, or much sweat outside of any normal situation. i found that this was really helpful to place on my chest where the breasts fold (lol, sorry tmi?!) because the sweat would accumulate and make undergarments start to smell… but after using this, no more issues with unpleasant intimates! i am very curious about the other scents. i will try them in future. it glides on clear. i did drop it when i first got it, and the top cracked 🙁 guess thats on me, but maybe if it was a bit sturdier plastic it wouldnt have cracked? or the fact that it is quite large and heavy makes it crack.. other than that, i really like this product. and also wished it came in a smaller size for easier travel. *HINT HINT TO THE COMPANY*

Absolutely loved this product. Smelt wonderful while not being overpowering, and easy glide. Kept my armpits smelling like roses all day.

Neroli is well know for the particular smell but also is know for being part of many high end brands like Tom Ford and aqua di Parma… I love it I hope works as good as it’s the price

I’ve been using Corpus deodorant for the last 4 years and absolutely love it. I have tried other natural deodorants, but Corpus is the best in quality, scent (I am OBSESSED with No. Green and it’s been my signature!) and actually keeping odor at bay. My husband who has gotten rashes from other natural deodorants did not get any irritation from Corpus. Note that it is NOT AN ANTIPERSPIRANT, sweating and wetness may still happen but that’s not a claim they make anyway and it is clear that it is only a deodorant. It’s pricey, but it’s lovely to use daily and the packaging is elegant – one of my favorite quiet luxury items!
