These are very good, you can see the difference after 30 minutes. I use 1 set per week and the difference is noticeable. Crest used to make a classic vivid that seemed a bit stronger but these are good also.

Bought these bc I saw a youtuber try these and I gotta say they do work. I admittedly didnt use them for a solid week in a row bc I left on vacation with family but even with not using them consistently ive noticed a huge difference. My teeth only ever felt sensitive twice that ive used them but if you follow the instructions you will be fine. 100/10 would recommend. I didnt finish the box and im already happy with my results.
