After about 5 years of drinking coffee probably everyday. I finally noticed my teeth not as white as they once were. I got these whitening strips because i wanted to try something more cost effective than actually going to the dentist office for “professional” whitening. A lot of people I’ve spoke to have recommended cray whitening strips. I chose these because i wanted a higher lever to achieve my desired teeth color. I noticed a difference in about a week! If i can see a difference car, than i know it’s working. Some days i did feel a discomfort in my gums, i would recommend using them for a couple days and then take a break, and resume for another couple of days and so on, IF you have sensitive teeth or gums. But overall definitely worth the money!
