It works , I have a few years using cannabis. Started noticing my teeth not as white as I once had. Wife ordered me crest white strips. And my teeth are as white as before. It works. Only con I experienced was the sensitivity you feel after completing the treatment. I could say it lasted a week where I felt a lot of sensitivity on my teeth. Cold beverages were a problem. But it was manageable and worth it.

I have a tray and purchase lightener from my dentist. I like these strips just as well if not better. The strips stick well!! Becareful not to get them stuck to your gums. This is easier to control than bleaching trays that you add a gel and whitten teeth. My teetg were noticably whitter in the first 4 treatments. My teeth got a little sensitive just like with professional trays and gel. I highly recommend especially for the price. Ease of use and ability to adhere exactly where you place the strip. Gels can be messy and get on your gums which is painful fast. Great whittening, no mess, no gum pain.
