The LED device was out of date by August 20, the lithium battery dead, so it wouldn’t function. Fortunately Crest customer service is working to get me a refund, but it is a giant pain to send documentation and the device to them. Very disappointing that a third party seller on Amazon, Formula Direct, would sell a product that was close to expiration. Caveat Emptor…

The whitening emulsions are one of the few teeth whitening methods I’ve used that actually works. It just takes a while and a lot of consistency but it really does start to show. I had to use it twice daily consistently for about a month or two but since then my teeth look so much whiter in person/in photos it’s crazy, and I only used it a couple times a week now to touch up. Also has lasted me a long time.

Surprising lack of detail in instructions, like for how long to leave on teeth. Anecdotal, but the LED lights are meant to be hooey. They have little lightened my teeth but about the same as good strips…

I don’t know why but it didn’t really do much for my teeth I used it four times a day for 18 days and it turn my teeth a canary hair of a shade lighter, that’s it no matter how much I put on how thick out then and I dried my teeth first make sure it’s stuck on there I don’t know maybe it’s good for others but it didn’t work for me doesn’t hold a candle to the strips
