I had this done once when I was overseas. Being that hairdressers here want to charge you about $500 and have no background in using this, I decided to do it myself. It worked wonderfully! My hair is now perfect, silky and straight. I recommend you get on YouTube and watch some of the videos on how to do this because the instructions that come with this are minimal and not sufficient to get it right. The odor isn’t as strong as other similar products. This wasn’t that difficult to do. It just takes some time to sit there and hot iron your hair a quarter inch at a time. I gave myself a couple deep conditioning treatments the week before I did this to make sure my hair was strong, and I don’t see any obvious damage from using this.

This product will really leave your hair straight. I have resistant hair, and I have done the keratin treatments and also the hair botox treatments and they help manage my hair but this product is way better. If your hair is very damaged I would recommend to wait until your hair recovers before doing this treatment because it is a strong treatment and it does damage the hair. However to me is worth it.

I want to start by saying this product works so so well. I have crazy thick frizzy curly hair and was tired of paying $400 for a Keratin treatment. I used this and instantly my hair was straighter and not as frizzy. The CON is that now every time my hair gets wet it smells awful!!! It smells exactly like the strong scent I put on the first time. Now my hair smells like chemicals every time it’s wet. Is it crazy strong? No. Do I think it’s worth it to not pay salon price? I think yes. Hopefully it doesn’t mean my hair is damaged.

I love using this, natural hair is 4b-4c and it makes my hair so sleek and shiny and easy to manage.
The con is this costs more than perms I’m used to from US, but to me it’s so worth it.
I’ve used it twice so far, I do it every 4~ months. It takes me like 5 hours to complete it but it’s so worth it to me.

I tried this product one months ago, my hair is around my shoulder, I used half of each package. I noticed my hair is smoother overall, especially it retains its smoothness, even when I shampoo it before bed.
Also maybe I didn’t use the hot hair iron long enough, it comes out not super straight, it’s more like natural straight.

SHISHEIDO made in Japan satisfied DIY do it yourself 3rd time buying in amazon just make sure 30-45 mins not more or it will damage your hair be extra extra careful if you just dyed your hair its not advisable and most especially know your hair type I’m not a pro but used to go to salon for hair rebonding or permanent hair straightening before till it grows. This product will last till your hair grows, 1-2 cm away from scalp when applying ear cover if sensitive skin, Products smells it’s normal open windows while using for good ventilation. I put on YouTube on how it works on my hair and the results is satisfying for the amount i paid. Warning using product with out precautions it will severely damage your hair. Follow products instructions carefully as it label.
