I got the flexible hold spray as I have fine but wavy hair and would like my hair to stay styled when out and about.
I do like the smell of this spray – it’s peachy and really nice. It distributes well and evenly and does seem to hold the curls fairly well. My biggest issue is that it ends up leaving my hair extremely matted and dry later in the day and I end up spending about 15 minutes trying to get the knots out.
I don’t think I can justify £23 on this again. My hair is quite fine so that may be the reason it doesn’t work for me.

I’ve been looking for a curly girl safe hairspray for a while, so was really pleased when this was released, I bought it straight away. I tend to use it on damp hair, rather than dry, and it makes a big difference for me, reducing frizz. If used on dry hair, be careful, as it can very quickly build up and become sticky.

This works perfectly for my 2c, thick, unruly hair as it didn’t make the curls feel crunchy or dry throughout the day but left me secure enough to not have to end up putting my hair up at the end of the day (like I almost always do).
A little goes a long way though and it also smells rather lovely.

I purchased this as an alternative to ouidad finishing spray; I was disappointed. This is like a normal spray and made my curls stringy, dry and crunchy as the day went on. Maybe used too much? Will not be purchasing again. I have 2c3a coloured curls.

This is a staple in my wavy routine. I use it partway through diffusing to help get a cast and I use it after scrunching to help with extra hold. I can easily refresh even when this is in my hair. One review I read mentioned that their hair got sticky during refreshing with this, but I didn’t have that problem at all. The fragrance is fruity, kind of with an Herbal Essence vibe.

Only just received this item but I love it already. Comes in a pressurised can that sprays like a normal hairspray, unlike some other curly alternatives that make your hair feel wet. Smell is fabulous. It is pricey so I’ll be interested to see how long it lasts. Happy so far.
