My hair dresses suggested this product and I love how it makes me hair feel. I have straight “limp” hair–no body. This product when used lightly on the ends eliminates those annoying static electricity strands that happen in the winter. I helps keep my ends smooth and flat without pulling down all of my hair. I do NOT use it near the roots of my hair–just on the ends.

I have a very vanilla hair care routine and very average hair. I don’t color it, use shampoo and conditioner from the same company as this product. I blow dry and curl most days. The last time I was getting my biannual hair cut, my hairdresser mentioned a lot of breakage near the crown – it could be one of a million things but I figured I should at least start using a heat protector. My hairdresser recommended this one.
I cannot get over how much shinier and healthy looking this has made my hair! Even the next day my hair is passable which has never been the case for me before. Would recommend and will be subscribing for repeat orders.

I really like this heat protectant and would buy it again. I have a sensitive scalp and this formula does not bother me. I like that I can use it on wet or dry hair. Does it work? Idk. Like most heat protectant I can’t really tell, but it gives me peace of mind.

Davines is one of my favorite brands. They make products that are environmentally conscious but that actually work very well! The Melu hair shield uses lentil beans to protect your hair from heat damage. It does not leave any sort of consistency on the hair and leaves my hair looking shiny. It also dries very quickly, so I spray it on, brush it through, and then start working with either my curling wand or straightener. If you are looking for a heat protectant, give this a try!

I really love this product. It smells great and makes my hair to shiny and smooth. My only complaint is that the sprayer leaks a little so I end up with it on my hands every time I use it. This is the second time I’ve purchased this and I had the same problem last time.
