After reading about mites that can affect the skin, it made sense that my weird breakouts around my eyebrows and on my upper lip might be caused by this mite. So, I searched around for something to treat it. I tested this product out on a cheek to make sure it did not irritate, nope no irritation. Then I applied it thinly all over my face and then waited. Sure enough, within two days, small weird tiny blister like pimples appeared right in the, and only in the, areas where I thought I might have skin mites. It made sense that this might be dead mites and my skin was reacting to having a foreign dead thing in it.. I read that once you kill a batch, new eggs will hatch within 2 weeks, so reapply every few weeks. So, I let my skin clear up, let it all heal, then applied again. Sure enough, less blistery pimples appear, but they are still in the same general areas. It is the exact outcome I would have expected, if the product worked. So I am considering this as “works as expected / hoped.” Which really, is kind of rare with skin care products these days. It has a strongish herby smell that is not horribly unpleasant, but I don’t happen to like it. It smells like clove plus mint(?) pretty much. But I don’t care because I only apply it once every couple of weeks. Now, I let my skin rest a month or so, and go again. My husband loves the smell…but there’s no accounting for taste. My skin issue is Definitely Better now! Am HAPPY with this product. As a consumer, I am a hard to please suspicious perfectionist. So, that I am satisfied with a skin care product is a big deal, to me.

I am Asian, so this review could be especially valuable to someone with asian skin. My first language is not English but I am trying my best to write this review here just hoping to help someone who has similar skin problems.
I have a lot of little white bumps (acne) on my face for years, and have been to so many doctors – no one, nothing can help me but this. Here’s a brief timeline of the whole treatment process (I am not sure which product helps the most so I included everything here):
Week 1 to week 3: I washed my face twice every morning and night using demodex facial washer for the first wash and erno laszlo black soap + 2 drop tea tree oil for second wash -> pat dry then applied demodex control face cream -> after 2 minutes, I applied vanicream (which I added 3 drops tea tree oil) every morning and night. I experience up and down of my symptoms during this 3 weeks but in the end of the 3rd week, my acnes reduced 50%.
Week 3 to week 4: I added the demodex mask to the process, applied everyday after washed my face, then proceed the cream processes. Reduced another 10% white bumps.
Week 4 to week 5: I still have 40% white bumps, no improvement after the 4th week.
Week 5 to week 6: I use dDemodex control PLUS instead of Demodex control cream, my skin was cleared, 99% cleared! I am so happy and can’t believe it really works!

Besides these, I have to mention that I changed some of my daily habit. I wash my hair every night (added 4 drops tea tree oil to my shampoo) and I steamed my pillow every night. I also drink less alcohol and eat less products contains nut.
All in all, if you have acne problem and has never cured from any over the counter acne treatment or any dermatology visit, I highly recommend you give Demodex PLUS cream a try! (And tea tree oil is a most)
P.s. To compare Demodex control Plus and Demodex control cream –
Texture: texture is a lot different. Demodex control Plus is dryer, more like powder and Demodex control cream is softer like gel.
Smell: Demodex control Plus has strong sulfur smell and Demodex control cream has only mint/ginger smell.
Irritation: I feel nothing but dry after put Demodex control Plus on my face, while I feel irritate after apply Demodex control cream, but the symptoms goes away within 5 minutes.

My dermatologist was never able to prescribe anything to help my Rosacea. I tried Metro Gel and several other prescribed medicines. Finally, I found Demodex Control Plus by just reading other people’s reviews. I’ve been using it for six months now and my skin is clear and not even red anymore like it used to be. My last breakout was at least six weeks ago and when I do get a bump, it’s just one at a time unlike before when I’d have several all over my face. The pustules go away much quicker with the Demodex. I apply a very little amount on my face right as I get out of the shower when my face is still moist. It spreads better than when facial skin is really dry. You really don’t need much at all for it to work. I think the original tiny container will end up lasting me 10 months easily. I also bought a tree tea oil soap that I use when I’m in the shower after washing my face first with Noxema. I wash my face again when I get home from work and/or right before bed. I usually will reapply a tiny bit to my face focusing on my cheeks, nose and chin. I do this every day even when no break-outs visible to keep the mites at bay. I’m telling you, I really am so happy I found this product. Sure, it’s expensive but not when you consider how long it lasts and how effective it is on Rosacea. I think it’s worth every penny!!
