These things are very helpful. Just know that if you’re going to use them. You can damage your teeth if you do it too hard. Some of them are very sharp. I love how thick the handles are on the tongue. Scraper makes it easy to grab. And they are made very well. Very good price for what they are?

I used to be a dental assistant so I feel like I can give a pretty good endorsement for this product. I really like the fact that they are made only of metal and not that cheap plastic stuff with the metal tips. These are super easy to clean and disinfect. I love that they came in a little case for easy access and storage. The only part I am not a fan of is the mirror because that was the only item you can REALLY tell was made cheaply and will probably break after a short time frame. Other than the mirror, all of the items plus the case was well worth the price.

If you are cleaning plaque from your teeth, carry on! I’m sure these won’t be a bother. However the points are VERY thin. This means they are VERY sharp, but also delicate. It would suck if you broke one of in your mouth. I can see that happening.
I bought them as a replacement for an actual dental set that got worn out here in the shop. Used them often for so many things I can’t remember. However, these are fragile in comparison to the tools I had from 70’s. In fact, so soft and easy to bend or break I’m not sure they’re much good.
I only give them three stars because it is a large well laid out set. I’m sure with care, given your application, these might work well from some. They remain in my tool box, I just won’t reach for them as often, or with the confidence I did their predecessors.
