Very glad I purchased. Has a variety of different shaped tools to get in those difficult spaces. Sturdy with fine tips but not so fine that I hurt my gums. Able to get more stains off my teeth also.

My fiancée has been in the dental industry for 20+ years and currently is a surgery assistant at a dental surgery center. As she has been around dental instruments for many years, I had asked her for her help on these tools to get a better review that the normal everyday person would be able to provide.
At first impressions, she noted for the price, it is a good kit of instruments. She noted the quality of the tools were average and would be helpful in removing superficial plaque but not good at removing tartar nor are they designed to clean below the gum tissue. They won’t replace actual dental cleanings but may help remove food that gets stuck between your teeth. You should always be careful using these to not harm your gums. Another tip she mentioned is to be sure to sanitize these tools before and after usage. You do not want them sitting around collecting dust then putting in your mouth.
The kit comes with a case and each of the tools have plastic tip covers to protect the ends. It takes a bit to fit them all back in the case but it is nice to have as an option, especially when on the go. This dental hygiene kit is a good option between dental cleanings and for the price.

This is very good for an inexpensive basic set. A few had burrs but I was able to file them easily. Served my purpose well.

I like using dental tools like this to help keep me out of dentist offices. What is really great, beside the price, is the fact I won’t have to replace them every two years like the type with the soft handle.
