My Paradigm –
This is a very thick cream, aptly named a night mask. I was afraid it was TOO thick and would clog my pores, but it didn’t. It does a good job moisturizing and compensating for my drying facial prescriptions. I appreciate that it doesn’t have a scent and that it comes with a stick, so I don’t have to dig my nails into the jar.
Maui –
I have been using this night cream, and it seems to be helping in easing the tiny lines on my face while I sleep. The cream is rather heavy, so a little bit goes a long way.
There really is no scent to speak of, and the ingredients list looks fairly decent. I don’t let mineral oil anywhere near my face, and thankfully, this product doesn’t have any in it.
The price is about what you would expect to pay at a department store cosmetic counter for a similar product. However, I am not so sure the results are worth the nearly $60 price tag for the product.
My Paradigm –
This Depology Pro-Firming Overnight Dream Mask works well either overnight or for a shorter treatment. It has a slick and slightly greasy feel even if applied thinly, so I prefer to apply it more generously and then wash it off before bed. It says it can be washed off after 15 minutes, but I aim for at least 2-3 hours to give it time to soak in.
This mask left my normal but “mature” skin looking very smooth. I also noticed a firming effect which is definitely a plus for me. I’m impressed with the results.
I also really like the ingredients. My favorite skincare ingredient, niacinamide, is in the top 3 on the ingredient list. This also features Matrixyl 3000, which is a trademarked blend that includes the synthetic peptides palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7. Dynalift is another really intriguing ingredient. It’s formulated with sorghum juice rich in polyosides and sucrose and forms a stretching film on the skin that delivers tightening effects. It’s no fragrance added and doesn’t have a noticeable scent.
This is a new favorite mask, and I think it is well worth the price of $58. Recommend.

It’s a decent, thicker moisturizer. However, the results aren’t notably different from my usual, more affordable moisturizer. Given the price, I anticipated more. While skincare takes time, even a temporary plumping effect would have been nice. On the positive side, it provides good hydration, leaves my skin feeling soft, and has no discernible scent—great for those sensitive to smells.

I’m always looking for health and beauty products to keep my skin hydrated. I was really impressed with this Depology firming cream for several reasons.
It is Made in South Korea, which is known for quality beauty products. The cream comes in a safety sealed package and has an expiration date three years away. The cream itself comes in a high end glass jar and includes a little scooper to get it out so you don’t have to stick your hands in the jar.

One thing that I really appreciated… the jar was filled to the top with the cream. I’ve gotten products in the past that weren’t even full, so this exceeded my expectations.
The lotion is unscented, which I also really liked. I prefer creams without strong scents and this one was great. The lotion itself is really thick and creamy in consistency and went on nice and quickly absorbed into my skin. The cream is lightweight and felt good on my face. I had no adverse reaction at all. Even better… there was no residue of any kind left behind… my skin wasn’t oily, greasy, or sticky/tacky in the slightest.
You can definitely tell this is a luxury product, and as such comes at a higher price point. That’s to be expected. Based on performance, I would absolutely recommend this face cream.

I’m not sure why they call this a mask, it is a thick mosturizing cream. The directions say to wash it off but this doesn’t seem to necessary. The cream absorbs in to your skin and feels a bit heavy. In the morning my skin feels nice and hydrated. There is no scent to the cream.
